She is the Owner of Mind Body Life Alchemy in Highlands Ranch, CO. She has spent her 20 plus year career in mind-body health developing effective protocols to holistically treat anxiety and depression in tweens, teens and adults. She offers a wide range of courses and trainings in health, wellness, yoga and Ayurveda for individuals inspiring to improve any or all aspects of their mind, body & life.
